2. Access & sign-in
2.1 Sign in
Open /Account/Login. Enter your work email and password, then click Sign in.
If you forgot your password, use Forgot password, submit your email, then open the link in the message to set a new password on the reset page.
2.2 Register a new organization
From /Account/Register, provide organization name, your display name, email, and password. After registration you are signed in and may complete onboarding.
2.3 Sign out
Use the account menu in the app top bar (your name and initials) for Profile and Sign out.
Profile page: /App/Profile/Index — update display name and change password.
2.4 Activate a new account (first login)
When a Super Admin assigns you a subscription and your account is brand new, you receive an account activation email. Open the link to reach /Account/Activate, set a new password, then sign in.
Until you set your password, sign-in is blocked and the login page prompts you to use the activation link emailed to you. This first-login password step is mandatory for accounts created by an administrator.
Roles
Typical roles: Admin (full settings), Analyst (surveys + analytics), Viewer (read-only). Your administrator assigns roles under Settings → Team.
Steps
- Enter your work email and password.
- Click Sign in.
- If your account is new, use the activation link from email first.
